I had a good friend of mine who had a 10 year old water heater leak and fill his basement with water. I had a 13 year old 75 gallon water heater that felt like a ticking time bomb after the catastrophe my friend experienced. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was to thaw pipes in my parents house and this time to fix a furnace issue. For my plumbing and heating needs this is the only company I will call.

I am so disappointed with this company. We have needed to replace our water heater since November. We have asked for multiple call back and not received a call. They rescheduled our appointment multiple times. Then, for reasons beyond me, canceled my appointment. I had even called the day before to confirm what time, and then it got canceled. I am beyond frustrated.
Seth and partner did a great job of updating our water heater venting system. He was very friendly and explained everything they did in detail. It also looks much better than the previous vents.
Levi was prompt in notifying me with travel time and estimates the whole time. Great service from the technician and the dispatch in coordinating my set appointments.
