RecommendedMr. Mason Johnson arrived almost exactly on time, but a little bit early. We found him to be knowledgeable and very exact in servicing our reverse osmosis system as well as able to explain our questions to our satisfaction. He was also able to make some needed adjustments to our water softener. It was nice to have personable and knowledgeable serviceman in our home for a change.
I could not be MORE disappointed with Superior Water and Air. As a small business owner, I feel completely taken advantage of. I ordered a water cooler for my office, and never was it mentioned to me that I would have to pay out my 5 year contract in full if I ever wanted to get out of it. I should have read the fine print, but I trusted the company was ethical and would not have unrealistic terms and conditions. It's very disappointing from a business to business perspective. Martin was very efficient when he came to service our RO system. He was kind and polite. Well groomed! That may not mean anything to some, but he made a good impression. We are happy with his service.
