Upgraded a 40 year old furnace because it was on its last stretch. Overall removal and installation was well done. However there was an issue with the new furnace not turning on, a simple wiring solution fixed it. I would use the service again. My only complaint is that my water heater wasn't turned back on after they had turned it off. Luckily I found out through the kitchen sink and not the shower. Wonder what my gas bill will be after having it run for 18 hours without a pilot light and having to heat up the water again..... read more
Thanks to Chad for his good work. My central air stopped cooling properly early this summer and he came and got it going. He came out again today to check on any coolant leakage since the previous visit.

We recently purchased a new home, unfamliar with water softeners, we called Superior and they sent us Matt, who was exremely helpful in talking to us about system specifically. We feel confident that we can go forward from this point. Superiors customer service is top notch. They were quck, efficient, professional and kind. We will defintely use them again.
