Levi showed concern for this customer... He checked out our water heater and furnace; and went way out of his way attempting to work out something for replacing our water heater sooner than Superior's schedule would permit! We very much appreciate his attempts!

Mitch and Isaiah were amazing. They worked fast and efficient. They did what they said they would do. The cleaned up all the mess and you couldn't tell they had been there. I am so happy with our tankless water heater and our new plumbing. Great people to work with and the best customer service I have ever received. I would highly recommend them.
Martin did a great job today of diagnosing the problem with our water softener, fixing it, and giving us our options for an even better system going forward.
We called for service on our 10 year old water softener because of excessive noise when it was running. Martin was very professional and thorough in his check of the unit. He discovered another plumbing-related issue that was causing the problem, which was very helpful because it needs to be fixed to be up to code.
Oct 26th Martin A. came to service my reverse osmosis and my water softener. He was kind and very informative. My son was there to learn and be able to keep it going. Martin had to leave for 2 hours to get a replacement part so he shut off the water for that time and then came back with the part and everything is working well. He knows what he is doing and is willing to answer any questions we have. Thank you.
RecommendedAfter having problems with my recently installed water softener, Superior sent Martin out and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.
Lucinda and her trainee Lola came to my house to replace the filters and sanitize my water filtration system. They came the next day to run a new line to the new fridge and hook it up and took care of a leaky gasket on the filtration system. Everything was done very professionally and well, Lucinda really knows her stuff!
Love the service, super friendly, great work and super fast response!
