big thanks to Caleb Hickerson and the service department, got my oil changed and alignment done today on my 2012 Camaro 1LS. they even washed it for me! to top things off Caleb showed me the Camaro ZL1's in house...wow... someday i'll learn how to drive 650 HP... till then my 325 V6 6 speed is more than enough Camaro for me!!!

This is the worse place to get a oil change at this point Walmart maybe btr make a 11 o'clock appointment for a oil change get here just to be told that I have 9 plus people in front of me what is the point of making a appointment !!!! Then get told it maybe a hour to a hour and 1/2 for a oil change !!!!!!! I've gone to them since I got my Malibu and they've been nothing but great so far. Fast and friendly, and Caleb has made sure any issue I might have has been taken care of.
My wife recently bought a full set of tires and had some other service work done from Superior Chevrolet in Conway. Service advisor, John Bryan, did an excellent job explaining all the services and products for her vehicle. He was very knowledgeable without being pushy. She made a confident choice on tires and also saved $100 on a tire rebate! That made us both happy!
We bought a new Impala last June, and bought extended service and GAP plans with it. After deciding we didn't want the extra coverage, we went back and tried to cancel it only to be told that we were not allowed to because it was required by the bank for them to provide financing and for us to cancel they would have to write up a new deal with a much higher interest rate and a large down payment.
