I highly discourage people to have work done by their service department. Whoever the manager is (cough) is the rudest human being I’ve ever come across. My husband’s manager, Stephen, asked my husband to detail his own personal vehicle using company equipment and on company time “to impress his bosses,” and then fired my husband for using company equipment. 🤯 Based on how you treat your employees, it really isn’t surprising that you have so many negative reviews from real customers. 🤷🏼♀️
