Because of Mrs. Rachael and the Finance Gentleman (sorry, can’t remember his name), we will be back when we need another vehicle. Wish I could give you a NEGATIVE star. Brought my daughter's car in. They gave me an outrageous quote. I fell for it the 1st time and they got me for $700 but this time I was smart and took it to a reputable mechanic who fixed it and the part was a whopping $1.25. They get you with lies and misdiagnosed issues so they can make money. My daughter is a single mom, just needing her car fixed and instead of HONEST people, they tried to take her for every dime she had. SHAME ON YOU!!! Go to a real mechanic. These guys aren't it!
We had an excellent experience with Superior Chevrolet! Tyler Bradley went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and that we were completely satisfied. After sitting at a Chevy dealer in Jonesboro AR waiting for them to beat the deal offered by Tyler, we decided the customer service was not up to par and drove down to Conway. Tyler did everything he could to earn our business and we will definitely make the drive for every new vehicle in the future!

Two and a half hours for an OIL CHANGE. Watched the mechanic take his sweet time. In the middle of it he stops and comes into the waiting room and gets a bottle of water. Then when he finally goes back to work, he stops and goes to work on another vehicle. But hey he seemed to be chilling to some good tunes with those ear buds stuck in his ears.
