Bought a new Traverse in 2016, just had the pistons and rings replaced 😱Looking into the “LemonLaw” and not a fan of how they treated me after it, I was very concerned. Poor Customer Service in the GM end!
They neglected tighten my oil drain plug 2 out of 3 services on my truck.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone buying a car or needing service done. I wish I could give them a negative 10-star rating but I'm not allowed to. I purchased a vehicle that fell under the lemon law and decided to purchase another after returning the truck. Since then they refuse to work on my current vehicle and claims that the warranty is voided although it's not. They are misleading and scam money out of customers for there own personal gain. I've purchased cars before but bought my first from Superior this weekend. Excellent service and my salesman Greg Bradley was fantastic! I will definitely buy from them in the future!!
First service on this vehicle that we bought a few months ago. No problems, was only there about an hour , hour and 15 minutes. Not the kind of business activity that I get all giddy about but for now , call me satisfied.
