I will NEVER buy a car from this place again. I’ve owned my car for 2 months and have put at least two car payments worth of money into it since I bought it and am about to have to replace the transmission, which probably is also “not covered”. Pathetic excuse of a dealership.
Worst service area, what should be an hour job you get charged 7 hrs , never got a call saying truck was ready, btw you have a recall and we didn’t fix that!?
After calling 45 minutes in advance to let them know that i was coming back to buy the car i test drove a day earlier, i still had to wait over an hour to be seen when i purchased my vehicle. Then the paperwork was not ready and the car was still sitting to the side with the rest of the cars for sale instead of being detailed and ready for pick up. They can't call you back or even do anything you requested.
RecommendedSo grateful for the service team this morning. They were generous enough to not only help me diagnosis my car issue but walk me through fixing it all over the phone. This is one of the many reasons I will always choose Superior!!
