Bad experience. My wife and I were buying our first vehicle as a family. They ran my credit 11 TIMES which caused my credit score to drop by 60 points. I am still suffering the ramifications of that. The finance department was awful! They picked a poor APR with a longer term than we wanted because she said it was the only one available. However, we received letters in the weeks after stating that there were other better offers that we were not made aware of. I will not buy from Superior Chevrolet again.
Horrible experience! After signing a price agreement (out the door, tax, title, etc.) with the salesman, the finance woman handed me a paper which listed a higher total price. When I questioned this she became very unprofessional and rolled her eyes at us. The owner (that's what he called himself) of the dealership comes in, and we explain the situation. He tells the woman to just fix the price because "y'all have been a couple of a$$holes" the whole time. He apologized; however, it was not sincere and does not fix the situa... read more
Greg Bradley was our car salesman and he was legit the most professional car salesman I've ever dealt with! 👍👍 He was none of the things you think about when you roll your eyes at the thought of a car salesman, but instead was super professional and straight to the point! I can't say enough great things about him. I can't review/comment on the company, but this gentleman is certainly an asset to this dealership!
