They acted as if they couldn't get there stuff together on fixing a part on my car one guy said it wasn't a big deal another guy said it needs to be fixed and would have to order the part to come back the next day plus my paper tags was going to expire in just two days but they couldn't go ahead and give me a new one since they didn't send in the paperwork
Lost me as a customer. Salesman Phil Durham very disrespectful. Was messaged that they would like to discuss this more. Asked me if their general manager could contact me. I said "sure". Never got a call.
I have purchased 5 vehicles from Superior Chevrolet in Conway. The tire pressure sensor went out on my truck. I had my tire guy to install a new one. After installation he told me to go by the dealership and have them program it. I went by Superior and they want me to pay $110.00 just to look at it. Gee thanks for taking care of a loyal customer. I appreciate those who worked on my car. John Bryan, Service Dept, was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car and what I needed to do to fix it. He offered me options and wasn't pushy. Also enjoyed "TicTac" who shuttled me to & from work while my car was being serviced. Very nice people at Superior Chevrolet.
They get one star only because I can't pick 0. Phil ran our credit, and started the application process, only to tell me the NEXT day that the traverse we were wanting was sent to Fayetteville 2 days ago! They SOLD it! I had even asked him if they still had it BEFORE we started the application process. Very unprofessional.
We got the best deal in Central Arkansas from Superior Chevrolet in Conway. All military personnel especially USAA members shop here first before you make your purchase. They will do everything possible to win your business.

Three stars because im a chevy guy but one star because they charged me to drive my truck in daylight for headlight adjustment and when i called them to ask about it, they said "no we would never charge you to test drive your truck" an when i asked them what was the extra charge for, they said there never was one even tho the price was hire and they told me that we added this for driving it. Just give me my $10 back! Lol penny pushers! Thanks for robbing me
