Worst Dealership I've ever dealt with. Customer service is the worst. Service after the sell is, well there is none. Make the drive to another dealership. You will get a better deal and much better service

My husband and I were looking for him a truck, and he found one there he liked but the price wasn't right for us and we told them we would be shopping around. The salesman continously called and text us. We found a better truck at a better deal in Bryant and when they ran our credit, it showed that Superior Chevrolet had ran our credit over 20 times each. Therefore the banks were wanting a ridiculous interest rate bc of that (even with 700+ credit scores). So now, we have no truck and ruined credit for 6-8 months. THANKS SUP... read more
We had a great experience at Superior Chevrolet purchasing a Traverse. Our sales Rep worked hard to make a deal happen. We had a problem after purchasing the Traverse and they loaned us a rental car. The rental car got damaged at my daughters softball game in the parking lot and it didn't seem to bother them. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Superior in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.
I've had my car for almost 4 months now and I've waited 3 months to get my papers to even be able to pay my sales tax and get my license plate. They were supposed to pay half of my sales tax and sent a check for the wrong amount. I'm still currently waiting for a check for the right amount so I can pay the sales tax. I've been waiting 2 weeks and have gotten 5-6 different dates on which this check will be there and still hasn't been received. Will never get another car from this dealership. VERY unprofessional!
