Today I had to have a light fixed that was recalled on my daughters vehicle and Phillip in the service department as well as the members of the service department got the light fixed within 30 minutes. I am very pleased with Phillip and his service crew. Thank you Phillip for being so kind and making sure my needs were met.
Refused to replace tire after they got a screw it unless we purchased 3 others from them to make it a full set. We have purchased vehicles there before but this was a check engine light we went in for and this is how we are treated. No more money from us will go to them. I cannot imagine another business not replacing a tire that was fine when I dropped it off this morning but was flat when I picked it up. And didn't put the spare on it either. My husband had to take care of that.
I had the best experience here! I absolutely loved my salesman that took care of me "Caleb Snuggs" he is the best!!! The other employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle.�
Just bought a Chevy Equinox from Superior Chevrolet. Caleb Snuggs was so helpful and great to deal with. He got me a great deal and even went as far as getting personal things out of the car after I left. My husband and I will defiantly go back for our next vehicle.
