They are awesome. They explain everything that needs to be done to your vehicle. They also give you the cost before they do the work. They are always polite and professional.
My wife and I was traveling from Las Vegas to Georgia whe 5 exits from Conway my transmission started slipping. We babied it to superior and John in the service dept. was very professional and got my 2005 chevy avalanche with 80,000 miles on it in and out with a new transmission in two days. Salesman was great. However I spent two days over the phone dealing with him and his sales manager only to be extremely lowballed on the offer for my trade in. Offered me $35k for my 2016 silverado z71 with 11,000 miles. Truck has over $8k in aftermarket accessories ( lift, tires, wheels, exhaust, etc..) all under factory warranty as the truck was built in house at the dealership. Truck listed new at $54k. They done a dis-service to a good friend of mine. I would not do business with these people.
I got there yesterday at 3:00 for my scheduled oil changed and FINALLY walked out of there at 4:50. That's was a bit ridiculous to have to wait for an oil change.
