poor costumer service ,,, very poor never going back
Very poor customer service.... every employee is 🚮.... they really don't give a shit.....really wish more people cared about life and making a difference.... told the guy I still had bugs on my jeep.... he said next time get the 10.00 wash and not the 6.00.... he probably won't advance to far in life...
Had to go back and get other 3 tires shined� other than that �
Won't get my business anymore! Paid a premium price for a really crappy job! Wheel wells weren't even cleaned!
The paint on my husband's front bumper was chipped off in the El Cajon, Ca location. He talked to the manager and he was very rude, tried to brush my husband off, and wouldn't give him our refund. This has never happened anywhere else and have never been treated so poorly either. Tried your website and cannot send feedback because you don't have California options. Tried contacting the corporate office and couldn't get anyone on the phone. If this is how your company operates, I'm really surprised you are still in business.
Sorry!! But you guys service SUCKS !! People just playing not doing the job..
