Another quality $120.00 detail done. I think it’s getting worse. Time to cancel monthly plan and detailing and find new location it’s a shame was soo close to the house
I stopped in yesterday for a car wash. Now I'm going to have to redo what they did! My windshield was wiped with a wet dirty rag on the inside and now I can hardly see out of it as I'm driving to work this morning! Very disappointed and definitely not worth my $30

I left at 1115 this morning and paid 36 dollars for my van to be washed. I paid for the ultra star wash and nothing was complete. The shiny stuff they put on the dash was left in globs in some spots and non existent in others. There are bugs all over the front of my car. The vacuum job they did was almost nothing which is included in my wash. Also there is a lot of dirt all over the back of my van. Absolute worst car wash! Just paid for the ultra star car wash $34.95, (best car wash) floor mat charge $8.00 & a $8.00 mud charge (I live on dirt roads) and received the worst car wash I’ve ever had!! And not only that but they got the inside of my car/carpet wet which created mud and they didn’t even clean it or wipe it!!!! They don’t clean up holders at all even though I paid for the “ultra” wash, I paid for floor mats and they were not done!!! I am so sick of the crappy job they do! I have had so-so washes there before, but yesterday I paid for the ultra wash and it was an ultra disappointment! I was on my way to an appointment so I could go back to complain or wait for them to fix it. I wish I could support a company in my community, but once again we get mediocre service!
