What was promised was not done. We were supposed to have the car washed, waxed, vacuumed, and detailed and everything completed in a timely matter since there was only a couple cars ahead of us. When we came back, the car still had another hour and half of work. In the time they had it, the car was washed and vacuumed. They also wiped down the inside. (I say wiped in a loose term and I will complete the job when I get home) Supposedly it takes about 25minutes for what they did, but today it took an hour.
ZERO STARS! They are thieves!!! Do not take your vehicle here or your personal belongings will be stolen!!! Absolute POS’s!!!
I just left from here and paid for the super duper. I got home only 2 tires were done, they didn’t vacuum under the floor mats, they left the floor mats dirty and they didn’t wipe down anything inside other than the dash! Horrible!
I gave this location yet another chance to do a good job. They sell you on a service but then they don’t complete everything they promise you and always have some excuse as to what comes with the service and what doesn’t. Before the car is washed and they have your money everything comes with the service. After your car is washed and they’ve taken your money then everything not done as promised is not part of the service. They will no longer get anymore of my hard earned money.
***zero stars given*** I was refused service at this car wash due to the fact that I was attempting to a free full service coupon I found on Facebook, then the attendant (Carlos), attempted to change the story to tell me that my car did not meet the height requirements to pass it through the wash. One of the people that was in my car stole all the change out of my car. All but 1 penny. This was at the Dysart location. $35 For a car wash and they steal all your change. Low life people with no morals work here and they do a horrible job on your car.
Have been coming for years. But today that’s over. Carlos the guy that writes you up a ticket basically called me a liar and then told me to Go F Myself. Told manager Frankie and I won’t be back.
