Terrible experience! Where do I begin? I was there this past Friday. Unfortunately, I sucked up my keys. I was told to come by that night to pick them up because they weren’t “able” to get into the machine until closing. I called that night to make sure someone was there and there was no answer on there end. Anyways, I called today and was told that my keys are not there. I got my oil change and people who came after me left before me. My oil change took 2 hours which there only took an hour. Also the ladies up front are not very helpful.
they won't cancel the membership when you want them to
they are rude and when questioned they deny saying or doing what you heard or saw them do. got a detail care and refuse to use it. if anyone wants selling for $80. it's the $120 detail card
