I took my brand new car here for a car wash shortly before closing, and at the end of my wash, there was a cart full of floor mats primed and ready for me to crash into and scratch the front end of my car up. I had to honk my horn for about a minute for the only employee (who was wearing headphones) to come and shut off the wash and grab the cart. Very disappointed i just left your place they had did a poor job. I had got a oil change and a ultra star car wash. They had left trash on the side pocket. Wich I should of took a picture and posted it. My door jams were dirty in the front doors of my truck. The two doors in the back were OK. I had a $10 off coupon and let them know that’s all I wanted. No I don’t want my interior shampood, no I don’t want a detail, no I don’t want you to fix the chip in my window that you can’t even see with the bare eye! Just wash it! Horrible wash job at that. I’ll just wash it myself from now on
I bought the full detail and my car is still dirty. And they had my car for 4 hours! What a joke.
Super dooper wash. Dust sill inside. Third seat was down so they didn't bother to bring it up to vacuum floor. Terrible job. And the wipe-dry was a third class job. Unbelievable!

Just got my car detailed and my entire back window’s tint was all messed up. It was so bad that I couldn’t see out my back window when I was driving. They took absolutely ZERO responsibility and said that it must be a coincidence that it happened. Worse than that, the guy that cleaned my car saw me talking to the manager, came over, and knew what we were talking about before even asking!!! Yes.... must be a coincidence. You have lost my business. I should have read the reviews on here before going.
