This USED to be a nice car wash....now it just plain SUCKS. Got there right after they opened today. It took me 10 minutes to get into the wash area and then my car sat out in the sun for another 10 minutes, as they were backed up. Eventually they got to cleaning it and didn't wipe a darn thing off other than the windows. No wiping down of the vehicle, rims, cleaning bugs, blowing water out of cracks, etc. I called the guy out on it and he said he did all of those things. This place is a flipping joke....
Save your money and do it yourself! You will end up doing that anyway! On a side note the manager pulled my car up to the vacuums so I could do it myself! Waste of $40 they can't wash a car and their customer service sucks!
I'm literally sitting here watching my vehicle get pampered and the way the workers here treat all these vehicles with respect the gentleman gave me a upgrade for waxing and detailing for free and the best wash for 75 so everything was 76$ total. So nice and they are good at what they do!

I was hit twice in the back of my car . By a truck that was tailgating my car. The machine stalled 2times and every time it restarted the truck tailgating me hit my. Car. I went ahead to talk to supervisor name of Ross. He sead sorry we can't give u space between cars . Bad survive. Will not ever go back.
Very or the worse service ever I had told the guy that the truck was dirty everywhere and he said that I have to pay more for them to detail clean I told him the truck have water spots and he said to me you probably have sprinklers at home and I said no I park my truck in the garage that's from you guys bringing out the truck from the wash and living it out in the sun and I just didn't wanted to argue anymore so I left very unhappy. 1st the guy that finished my car was SUPER nice. But.... I waited over 4 hours for my car and was told it would only be 2-3. The reason I purchased a detail was to get an oil stain off my back seat, which they weren't able to remove after all as well as 2 small stains on my driver's seat. Maybe they did the best they could, maybe they didn't, but the staff was at least friendly.
