Ran a brand new vehicle through the wash and had a wash salesman tell me it looks like the dealership put something rough on the paint. He proceeded to use a wax pad on the one spot and then sent it through the wash. After the wash, there was noticeable scratches from where he used the wax pad. They did get the scratches out, which is why I didn’t give them only 1 star. There’s a reason why this place only has 2/5 stars, I’ll hand wash my vehicles from now on.
Went to Dysat branch. Extremely disappointed. After full service wash, vehicles full of bugs. Talk to the helper, manager pulls him I'm off and says that is the best they can do. Pointed to the manager the uncleaned portion, he told me yea that is the best they can.
Can’t seem to get it clean the first time. I didn’t complain about the last one. BUT I sure complained about this one.
its not a car wash its a car rinse. My car came out with a dirty hood and trunk and bugs all over the front. When I said something to an employee, he could care less. Raise the price and speed going through. Never see me again.
RecommendedIn the area this week visiting and our truck needed a good wash after traveling from Chicago. Did a fantastic job inside and out. Looks like it rolled off the dealer lot again. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again when in town

after going thru the wash my vehicle still had dirt on it I taked with a manager/superevisor and he said I cannot run it thru again that I have to pay for another wash, but if I pay to get my car washed then it should be washed No Dirt should be visible on it I suggest if ypu are looking to get your car washed you should go else where. Poor customer service.
