Equipment damages your vehicle. Attendant will deny and deny. They will make up lies and tell you no matter what they do, they will deny. Maintenance on the equipment is needed and knowledge of the equipment needs to be trained to the employees.
If you want water-spots and a dirty interior this is the car wash for you! Not once did a clean towel ever touch the body or rims of my SUV, NOT ONCE! They simply let the car air/sun dry, half-assed cleaned the windows, threw on some armor all and handed me my keys. Pay attention to their 1.8 rating....it was well earned.
Took my car in for a detail. When I picked it up the first thing I noticed were all the bug stains on my hood and bumper with residuals of wax. My seats and carpet still had stains on them. I took it back the next day and they still didn’t do a good job.

My father in-law recently went and had his car washed. A pair of Ray Ban sunglasses were in the front seat and they mysteriously disappeared. He went back to the carwash to ask and confront the manager. He stated he checked the cameras and didn’t see anything. He said he was going to interview the staff and he still hasn’t contacted my father in law. I would not recommend this location. Not trustworthy.
ZERO STARS! They are thieves!!! Do not take your vehicle here or your personal belongings will be stolen!!! Absolute POS’s!!!
Took my jeep in paid for the most expensive wash and it was just subpar. Still had dirt on it when I got home and the wipe down job inside was horrible. Should have just saved my money.
