I just got my 2005 kia sedona detailed yesterday on 06/03/2016 for the first time. You would think telling them it was your first time they would want to impress you on how great of a job they do, but that's not the case. I spent $100 bucks for them to wash, wax, shampoo carpets and clean my seats. When i dropped off my van around 11am that day they didnt finish it until 3:45. The Service was appalIing!! got stuck in the car wash for 10 mins. because the car in front of me was locked so they had to shut down the whole car wash until they could unlock it !I was in the middle of car wash for 10 mins. when I asked to be compensated for my time i was told by a car wash manager "theres nothing I can do for you" very rudely in front a store full of people. the Gm then came out and gave me a coupon for a free wash to compensate for my time ! I had my car wax from them , it was done less than 15 mins. Mmmm red flag..There were wax residue all over the place. Dysart is the worst. I paided 123.00 to get a complete exterior done and what I got was kids who's trying to wash cars to raise money at a circle K (gas station ) style. I noticed some Chip on my car as well , shouldn't wax cars if you are not well trained to do so. I would never go back. Not even a cheap car wash. Don't want to support a company who takes advantage of consumer. .

Located at 7830 lower buckeye phx az.. I havent been to this plac in oer a year beause I was not happy with the service and manager ws no help. I decided to give them another chance & I regret it!! I paid $16.95 full service to have my car half ass vacuumed and inside wiped down. Had them re vacuum and when down the street i still had trash in the car. I spent 10-15mins waiting and tgis is what i get. I will refuse to come back to this place, I will go to the $3 car wash and do the job right and save myself money.

Paid $45 super clean detail & was very disappointed :( definitely got ripped off. I would like my money back
