Horrible service. You have to go in with a clean car to come out with one. Basically that's what they told me. I will never go back.
Went to the Greenfield location because, get this, my car was dirty. I know, strange reason to go to a CAR WASH. Went through, car is still dirty. Go around, tell the attendant. He says there's nothing they can do, there's no guarantee your car is gonna be clean. Well, then, WHY DO YOU EVEN EXIST?!?!
After having my car for 6 1/2 hours for the "complete interior detail" we get it back to find they they didn't even vacuum it well, the only part that was wiped down was the front and the window weren't cleaned in the least. When I called to complain the manager said "just because we had it for 6 hours doesn't mean we worked in it for that long." Really? That's your answer? Save your money and give the neighbor kid $20 and a pack of wet wipes! My bet is that he'll do a better job.
Never going to this place again. They got some scratches on my 2015 accord.
They stole my floor mats and when I spoke with the manager his (mike m.) response was " I don't have time for it right now". Horrible customer service to going along with the less than satisfactory car wash they'll give.

Boyfriend took my car to get washed without me knowing not realizing I left my ring in the ash tray drawer. When I got my car to get my ring was gone. Wouldn't trust this place. I should've able to leave my ring in a drawer without no one touching or opening it. Did a terrible job on my car wash also. Paid 30$ and still trash under the seats.
I truly like super star car wash because the customer service that you received from its employees is wonderful. Even though it is a car wash people sometimes forget the things that in which the individuals do for you. Your workers do not have to come in and be nice they could have attitudes and dread being in the heat all day. But I appreciate your staff and the inside staff the cashiers.
