***zero stars given*** I was refused service at this car wash due to the fact that I was attempting to a free full service coupon I found on Facebook, then the attendant (Carlos), attempted to change the story to tell me that my car did not meet the height requirements to pass it through the wash. They suck! My car was still dirty after a wash, went back to ask if they can run it through the wash again, the said no...there's nothing they can do. I'm not going back there, bad customer service.
Horrible customer service! I watched my car get hit several times by a driver in front of me using the express wash. When I confronted the car wash manager George, he didn't believe me until he watched the video. I was told that touchup paint would be ordered for the numerous scratches and they would fix the damage, however after 6 weeks I have yet to receive a call from George. One of the people that was in my car stole all the change out of my car. All but 1 penny. This was at the Dysart location. $35 For a car wash and they steal all your change. Low life people with no morals work here and they do a horrible job on your car.
Came here for a car wash and ended up getting a detail. Took almost two hours and when I went to check my car hadn’t even been started. I had to leave and asked for a refund and they told me to come back later, came back the next day and the manager said he can’t give me a refund the day after....at this time I’ve paid 99.99 and didn’t even get a car wash. Have been coming for years. But today that’s over. Carlos the guy that writes you up a ticket basically called me a liar and then told me to Go F Myself. Told manager Frankie and I won’t be back.
Worse customer service I've EVER experienced. I simply told him they did not clean my car properly and he said if you don't like they way it's cleaned don't come back. I said I won't but I will definitely rate your company and let everyone know how you treat paying customers!! I am not happy how does one go for a car wash the ($27.95) and end up with a dirty streaky!!!
