Horrible wash for the $$$$ take my advise...the express wash is about the same!!
Please do not go to superstarcarwash especially the one on Greenfield Road today well in the middle of the car wash my car rear ended another car in front of me well me being in neutral with no hands on the wheel nor on the brakes or gas. thank God no damage was done however when I spoke with the manager he said it was a driver error and that there was nothing wrong with their system it was neglect on my part and I should have tapped the breaks... so if I would have tapped the breaks the car behind me could rear end me... no... read more
Today I wash my truck I paid $170 for a full detail and they broke my rear bed fender horrible job pretty bad customer service with the manager I won't recommend to anybody
They have new workers and they really don't do a good job anymore I was there every week for 5 years two car at a time and it was a Lil over $45 a week that's $190 a month....:(
Horrible!! Had a coupon for $19.95 oil, lube & filter & car wash! They charged me an extra $20 for synthetic oil ( the guy who worked there said "Ford Requires" it for my car, so I say sure but the guy didn't say it was more $$! Plus my car is now making noise when I drive it!!! This place SUCKS!! I won't be going back!!!
I would appreciate if your employees would quit stealing change from my car!!!!
Do not go to this car wash!!! These guys scratched both sides of my car bumper to bumper at their new chandler location. Their operations manager J.R. Ruelas said it did not happen at their car wash and there was nothing they would do to fix. I told him I would make this public through social media his response was no one reads social media for bad reviews who cares. This is the type of customer service you should expect from these guys.
Horrible! Inside not even wiped down, windows not cleaned. As a long time customer of Super Star - this was the worst.
