I was given a deal for $6.95 for one month of unlimited washes, with no strings attached....as explained by the attendant. After checking the credit card last week.....come to find out they have been charging me every month for the last 4 months....I went to the site to request the cancellation and I got charged yet again. Greenfield is the best carshwash.. Great employees, its always super clean
I bought the far pass on promotion. One of the workers told me if I didn't want it anymore and if I didn't want to pay for the month of July to cancel it on the 11th of June. So I cancelled it yesterday and today they charged me. I keep calling and keep getting sent to voicemail and even though I left my name and number I still have heard back.
The people who actually wash your car at the Lake Pleasant location are great, but the guys who "sell" you the car washes are ridiculous! They are pushy and rude and I honestly don't think I'll be going back. They changed their car wash packages, so their basic full service wash doesn't even include the regular foam or cleaner that should be included in a basic wash. By far the worst carwash EVER all 3 times i've gone! Everytime ive also sent my car back. Could not pay me a million dollars to ever go back or refer anyone! Lazy and unprofessional in every way as well! 0 stars 1 is over doing it!

The Mesa location on Greenfield has crappy service. Every damn time it's seems there's a problem with the damn Barcode or the monthly pass magically ran on a different date. How the f*** you going to say my month pass started mid month expired on the 1st and do nothing for me. I had 2 passes so $32 a month go get you $360+ somewhere else. Bitch we breaking up!
Waited 2 hours I was told it would only be 40 minutes and the car wasn't even cleaned correctly and I paid extra to have the car super clean. Waste of money never ever going back so disappointed!!!!!?
