Wow, I just arrived home and my wife asked me if I purchased a new Mercedes. My car looks like the day it was driven home from dealer, it shines and is so clean. We usually go to Francis & Sons, but I had a deal for this place ... $10 for a $35 Ultra Star Wash at the Lake Pleasant location. It was supposed to include all kinds of extra services. If it did, I couldn't tell. Then there were other issues. First, some of the animal rescue magnets came off during the trip through the machine and are gone, the interior wasn't vaccumed as well as it should've been, I couldn't smell the vanilla-scented air freshener and the rims on the tires were still filthy. If you have muddy water spots on your vehicles they will not allow you to enter. This place is a rip off and has a bad attitude to customers. Will never support this business again even know I had a speed pass for six months #washyourowncar
Sucked today. — 40 minutes of waiting on my car to get done in the finishing area. Some lines of cars move faster than the others. Service has degraded here in the last few years.
Don’t recommend today .. spent 40 minutes waiting on my car after it came out of the wash ! No one even touched it for 30 minutes. Some lines in the finishing area move faster for some Cars than others . Under staffed . Even the cashiers were backed up with customers .. my worst experience here in 6 years of patronage
I took my brand new car here for a car wash shortly before closing, and at the end of my wash, there was a cart full of floor mats primed and ready for me to crash into and scratch the front end of my car up. I had to honk my horn for about a minute for the only employee (who was wearing headphones) to come and shut off the wash and grab the cart.
