This company is TERRIBLE. Do not give them your credit card. I purchased a month of car washes for $6.95 back in November of 2014. I was told that it was not a recurring subscription and now I have found out that this company has been charging my credit card $16.95 a month and I got nothing. So ridiculous. I will never use this company or any of its car washes again. Steer clear of them UPDATE: Super Star Car Wash has refunded me the full amount that I was charged. I appreciate that this company did the right thing.
Purchased a full detail package, was irritated by the price I paid;however, I was very satisfied with the outcome. My car looked like it was just driven out of the showroom. Patrick was very professional and meticulous was his craft. Two thumbs-up!
Awful customer service! After using my membership 1 to 2 times a week I was told that I abuse their service and that I could no longer use it and they would not give me a refund.
Just went through the carwash at Happy Valley and 67th in Glendale, AZ and it ripped the air deflector off my truck. Never had that happen at any other car wash! When I went to retrieve it, they would only say that they are not responsible. I'll never take another car through their washes again. From now on its Costco car washes!
Other than the greeting sales person reeking of weed selling a over priced car wash for 40 bucks, stripping my bolt on my air filter, charging me 30 bucks for restoring my headlights and stuffing the cash in his pocket, "forgetting" that I had a free car wash from previous visits and stealing my ear phones in my center console (that was the last straw), you guys did a fantastic job. Oil change suppose to come with a free basic wash & I get my car back & it's not vacuumed at all! Had to send it back. Super sucks & super lazy employees
PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU USE THIS CAR WASH!!! When you get the monthly $16.95 car wash they will automatically withdraw that from your account EVERY MONTH following without your consent. Even if you only paid the sale price of $6.95, they will take out $16.95. I have contacted the corporate office and they will not respond which looks like that has happened to many other people. This ticks me OFF!!!! I will be contacting the Channel 3 news on your side because this has got to stop. They cannot ripe people off like this... read more
The Lake Pleasant location consistently does just an okay job, but if you point out the problems they will take care of it. We've had fast passes for a long time, but when I went in to get a replacement tag after mine was damaged after a windshield replacement nobody at the counter knew what to do. After the employees made numerous requests for someone to come out to from the back to assist me and explaining the issue, I finally gave up waiting after nearly 20 minutes and just cancelled my fast pass service.
