I just left from here and paid for the super duper. I got home only 2 tires were done, they didn’t vacuum under the floor mats, they left the floor mats dirty and they didn’t wipe down anything inside other than the dash! Horrible!
RecommendedService was excellent. I had a prepaid detail so it takes a little bit longer. I met some nice people and chatted while I waited.
Was stranded for about 2 hours. The attendants keep looking over at me but not even one of the guys would come over to even see what was the problem. It wasn’t like the were busy. Stuck at the vacuum area. Show more concern about people being on your property for so long
Zero star I will make sure to give bad reviews all over social media! Ruined my new vehicle and tried to say it was not there poorly maintained equipment! Molding does not just just come off! Customers beware! A $20 car wash can cost you $$$$$!

So I go to the car wash... the same one i ALWAYS go to and the machines tore my rear bumper. And these MoFos have the nerve to tell me they will not fix it, not “their responsibility”!! Seriously!!!??? Im livid!! Not cool!
Love it but my only complaint is that whatever they soak their rags it smears the windows
