Bought a detail card that they told me had “everything” on it. All they did was vacuum and shampoo the carpets and seats. Doors were not done. Dried bugs still all across the front of my vehicle. Console was not touched. Mats were stacked in the back part of my suv, in a puddle of water. To top it off, they took my son’s car seat out of my vehicle and “accidentally”’placed it in another vehicle. I got my oil changed it came with a free car wash. I get my car home I would have been better off without the car wash. The car is not clean the windows have spots all over them the doors inside were still dusty so you know the did not wipe them down and the best is the piece under the door on the outside not washed at all. So free no I had to take it to another car wash.
Every year we have received a free car wash on Veterans Day. I just looked on line and no where did it say on the 10th except FB! So we were first inline today only to find out it was yesterday. Not a happy camper and we USED to come a lot!
Brought both of our cars in today for the "ultimate wash." Trunk was not vacuumed on my car, water spots all over the side, floor mats were not clipped back in place, and only half of my center console had the dressing on it. Didn't even want to look at our other car after I looked at mine. They definitely need to implement some kind of quality control. Might need to find a new spot.
Great customer service from the employees that work on the onsite. Wish i could say the same from managers/supervisors, treated me really unprofessional and were very disrespectful when i had some concerns about my account. I rather take my businesses else where were they know how to be respectful.
So we went to superstar car wash today to get the car washed and the pass that we have didn't work. Our bank account reflects that it came out but they claim that it didn't. We even show the employee at the gate our account and he just says sorry on our end it says it was declined and just stood there like he was expecting me to pay again. Disappointing trip. After getting my truck home, saw that my front grill, and side step bars still had road grime and bugs...not very attentive to detail. Also had a rock chip repair done on my windsheild that cost me 35 bucks and I can still see a splinter crack in the glass. What a waste of money.
This place sucks ass they fucked up my car plus took like 3 hours not even detail my car and took 3 fn hours this place sucks ass
