I went today and the signage wasn't clear so I ended up going the wrong way and the one guy was too busy eating so he just watched me almost go the wrong way and the other guy yelled at me and I started to cry so I left. I will be cancelling my membership.
I dropped the car off at 10:40 AM for the $129 detail to be completed by 1 PM. I scheduled an appointment to sell the car not too far away from this location at 1:30 PM. When i returned at 1:10, the car's detailing was not complete. In fact, the car wasn't ready until 2:15. The buyer who was responsive prior to this incident is now unresponsive. You cost me a potential buyer. Receipts in the comments.

I came here for the last time today. They were super rude and treat you differently if you refuse an upgraded wash. I guess it was okay for the amount I paid but very poor customer service. 2 stars.
