Went to Dysat branch. Extremely disappointed. After full service wash, vehicles full of bugs. Talk to the helper, manager pulls him I'm off and says that is the best they can do. Pointed to the manager the uncleaned portion, he told me yea that is the best they can.
Can’t seem to get it clean the first time. I didn’t complain about the last one. BUT I sure complained about this one.
Don't curse at the customers in Spanish, when they know what you are saying.

I got my oil change and people who came after me left before me. My oil change took 2 hours which there only took an hour. Also the ladies up front are not very helpful.

I left at 1115 this morning and paid 36 dollars for my van to be washed. I paid for the ultra star wash and nothing was complete. The shiny stuff they put on the dash was left in globs in some spots and non existent in others. There are bugs all over the front of my car. The vacuum job they did was almost nothing which is included in my wash. Also there is a lot of dirt all over the back of my van. Thank God they are opening a new car wash by my House . your guys place sucks. Dam machine doesn't even spray soap on the mega wash. I don't recommend this place to any one.
This is our first time visiting this carwash facility. I was very impressed with the end results. Our vehicle looks amazing! ;) We paid for the works at around 150 bucks and she is beautiful. This facility is so busy, but we were able to get out about one hour and half later. It pays to be patient for a shiny ride. ;) ❤
