We had a great experience from start to finish with SULLIVAN. They have a very knowledgeable sales staff and install team who work hard to solve problems and find creative solutions
Professional, friendly, quick and easy. My project went off without a hitch. I was kept up to date with info as to when permits had come in, when inspectors were coming, etc. The guys were quick, had my job completed in 2 days and my SDG&E permission to operate came in 24 hours after final install. I'm excited to be living off the grid, especially with the East County sun.
Just had Mason come give us a quote for EVSE (electric vehicle charger) and installation. He was very knowledgeable about the product and had great suggestions re hardwiring v plug-in etc. Very impressed with the customer service and expertise.
I love my solar. I couldn't be happier that my bill is so low. However I wish we would have gone ANYWHERE else than Sullivan. It took six months from signing the contract to installation and having our solar on. SIX MONTHS. It required a complete replacement of our service panel and the service lines, but they still said it would be done within a few months-NOT SIX. Since then we have had issues with the contractors THEY hired to trench the service panel lines and they keep putting us off. I guess they already made their mon... read more
Even though we live in Northern Cal, Sullivan Solar has given us valuable insight and direction on purchasing the right Solar system for our home that is currently being built.
