Please contact me regarding my SGIP application. It’s still incomplete and it expires today. I will be missing out on over $2000 rebate. You’ve been processing this form since November. What’s the hold up. We are now in July.

Why don’t you respond to customer service requests? Our system has been out and NOBODY at Sullivan Solar has responded to any of my multiple phone, text, and email requests to EVERYONE at Sullivan Solar! I think SS is going belly up !

Pay your subcontractors so they don't put a lein on my house
I signed a contract with Sullivan Solar in Dec 2019 and since then I have had continuing struggles with their front office to actually commence the installation the latest was March 16. After not receiving any communication from the project manager, both emailed and phoned him to which I received no response. We have a signed contract and are in the middle of construction, but no one on our construction team has been able to contact anyone at Sullivan for weeks. We will have to choose a new vendor, but now will need to get our attorney involved to make sure we can't be held liable for any more payments under the contract.
Horrible experience and we haven’t even gotten work done. Since we signed our contract we have had multiple meetings canceled with minutes notice and no return for calls or emails. Trying to cancel our contract so we can get a new company (it’s worth eating the $1000 deposit to have a company we trust do this work) and told we can’t because there is no one to cancel it or accept our letter requesting it.
