We had our solar system installed by Sullivan Power in July 2021. They finished the install and luckily our system is up and running. I check it every day on "My SolarEdge" app on my phone. Their site just wen down for good today 11-22-2021. We had a two day install on a family home in Allied Gardens. We had several neighbors who use them so it was a easy decision. It was our misfortune to arrange for Sullivan to install a system for our home. The then-employee with whom we were working called us a few weeks ago (in October, 2021) to tell us that the *** of the company had summarily terminated the c chief operating manager and many other employees immediately quit in response. The BBB makes clear that the company is not a viable concern. Sullivan sold us a very expensive solar system in September of 2021. In retrospect, if I had done my due dilligence and seen many legal actions against this company, I would have run away. They did mostly finish our system, but then they went out of business, leaving many subcontractors and employees and customers out to dry. Many people probably now have liens on their properties because of Sullivan. We luckily were able to pay the one subcontractor that was not paid. Other people may not be so lucky. Do not use Sullivan! They shut down in the middle of my job after I had paid them! I am left with an unfinished system and a roofer who wants to be paid to finish putting my roof back on! No solar! A total mess!

I am the business owner of a small family owned recruiting firm. We placed a temporary employee at Sullivan Solar Power earlier this year and Sullivan Solar Power will not pay our invoices. They have ignored numerous emails and phone calls. I would suggest not doing business with a company like this.

Had my system installed by Sullivan in the summer of 2019. They were recommended to me by two of my friends so it made my decision easy. Im glad I chose Sullivan for my solar system because they handled everything including the permits, installation and inspections. ***** my sales representative was very knowledgeable and he was always there to answer any questions I had from the beginning of the project to the end. Im very please with Sullivan and I have no reservations when it comes to referring friends and family to them.

Item 1. Great install and support. Had 2nd of two ** batteries installed by Sullivan Solar Power last year. The crew was on time, efficient, and asked prior to the install, so it was placed where I wanted it. Was notified by ** about a month ago, that my batteries were on a recall list. Sullivan came out and checked the batteries to confirm and make sure I understood the process of returning and installing the new batteries once they came in. Item 2. I discovered them while attending a conference on sustainable energy at the ********* ***************** in late 2009. *** Sullivan was giving a presentation and I came away with the thought, " If I get solar I want it to be by him".
