We have been very pleased with our Solar Power experience from Sullivan. We are really enjoying not getting the huge SDG&E bills.
We used Sullivan Solar Power to install our solar array. They did an excellent job, and we are very excited to be off the grid. We replaced our oven and dryer with electric too. Everyone from sales, the planning, customer service were extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire project. We had our solar system installed by Sullivan Solar Power back in 2010. Our system completely eliminated a yearly bill and gave us a $30 credit yearly up to 2015 for over production on our system. We have no regrets choosing to go solar and eliminating a monthly expense. We have had zero issues with our system. The installation was professional and done on a timely manner. I can't say enough about my experience! I thought that having my system on the ground would be harder but it was actually quicker. I would like to take my hat off to the installation crew for working so hard in the east county sun. I love that they were able to walk me through how the inverter works. I love watching my meter go backwards! Thank you!

A friend was on our roof and told us that some of our panels were disconnected. I called Sullivan and the receptionist transferred me to a voice mail. I left a message and no one has gotten back to me. I agree that the customer service is not impressive.
