Follow through with what you say they are going to do or are contractually required to do. Been fighting with you guys for 6 months to resolve an issue with one of our systems (dead for 16 months despite contractually required to monitor it real time). I use to rave about how great Sullivan was, but the complete failure of the customer service & repair teams in resolving this issue has caused me to lose all faith in this company.
We had a Sullivan solar system installed around f 3 years ago. The whole team was flawless from start to finish. The system overproduced from what they estimated. Haven’t had a sdge bill since.
I can't speak highly enough of Sullivan Solar Power. They are a mission-oriented company that uses quality materials, certified electricians and they truly care about the community. Everyone I've interacted with at Sullivan have been professional, dedicated and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
Sullivan Solar should abide by the contract they wrote and the promises they made. They are NOT monitoring the performance as they promised and they are extremely slow at returning service phone calls. One of our inverters apparently failed in June and is now tripping the ciruit breaker - they promised continued monitoring and with technician showing up within 24 hours. We were among Sullivan's first solar clients in 2005. The system has worked beautifully for all these years. One of the solar inverters finally failed this year (2018) after 13 years of seamless energy. When I accidentally dialed his cell phone number trying to reach the office, he remembered me immediately and spoke to me like an old friend! Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the annual solar energy event (2/10/18) and how smoothly things went. The battery Q&A was quite useful for me, seeing as I'm about to dip into that experience, so thanks for setting that up in particular. The Sullivan team did an excellent job of putting this on once again and I'm already looking forward to next year's.
