Has anyone else had a mechanics lien placed on their home for non payment by the supplier? I just received notice of a mechanics lien from Sullivan's supplier CED Greentech for non payment of supplies. I also was called by the roofer that Sullivan subcontracted to for my roof that they intend to file a mechanics lien as well. I have been trying to get a response for over two weeks from Sullivan and yet no response. If you're having the same problems, let me know and we can share information.
I really loved the salesman and the install team. The process was great until the installation was complete. Since that time, I have had multiple problems with the system. With the most recent issue, I have followed up with three different people over three weeks and can't get them to return an email or call. Really disappointing.
Great install and product ... but why can’t I get paid for my referrals as promised ? Each time I need to chase them and now just getting pushed out further and further. Employees keep changing and no answers.
Great staff, Alex worked in the rain to get the control panel installed, Brian and Pete gave us excellent advice and the support staff answered all our questions, kept us informed about SDGE issues and worked to get the job done quickly! Thanks to everyone on the team, we went "live" today!
Tyler was an amazing help from beginning to end. Sullivan was able to complete the entire job of 24 panels from start to finish in one day. They took care of painting and made sure they cleaned everything up following completion. I have and will continue to recommend them.
Follow up with service problems and equipment failures. Installation was great, but the battery keeps shutting off. It was reconditioned once, but did not work any better, now it is down. Two months of promises and no one has done anything. Do not by the battery option. They can certainly sell new batteries, but won't fix or replace older ones,( 18 months old).

I am so happy with Sullivan Solar! I learned about them from Erin and she sent Taylor to go over everything and then Josh and Brian took over the install and final details. Every single one of these people were highly professional and personable to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Install was quick, clean and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for our 1st big project in our house. If you're thinking about going solar...call Sullivan Solar!
