Very professional, high quality, reputable company. Their employees have integrity and will get the job done right. While other solar companies were trying to nickel and dime us, or could not provide the level of power we desired, Sullivan came through in all areas. They are straight up about everything from the quality of their products to the installation timeline. And they are quick to fix mistakes. We highly recommend.
I was very pleased with the care that Sullivan personnel exercised in installing our new solar power system. The installers did first-rate work, and the price of the system was very reasonable. Currently, we are waiting for the PTO letter from SCE. I talked with their rep today, and they indicated that everything has been approved, but it's going to take a few more days to get the letter out. Hope to be able to turn the system on by the end of the week.
We chose Sullivan because of their professionalism and the fact that they have installed thousands of systems more then their closest local competitor. We couldn't have been happier when we received our electric bill and it was zero!
