George has been selling out family ford cars for years, my daughter who is graduating from nursing school soon, bought her first car from grorge too! We were very happy with George! However, it took 3 hours to finalize the sale and pick up the car, the dealership was very busy that day.
We are getting spoiled by the wonderful service of John Duley and Laurie Moses #waterfordlaurie. Had the car ready to go. Great demo. Painless paperwork and bam I have a new 2017 Explorer that just fits in my garage �. Thank you and see you in three years �

Suburban Ford of Waterford is a great dealer. For sales Dana Waxler is the best sales person there so I would ask for him, but their service team is the best I have ever encountered. Nate Bolton does an Excellent job as your service advisor and makes sure that you are taken care of promptly and efficiently, he goes over and above the call of duty. And hats off to John Vitale in running the whole show back there. I have been a customer there for 12 years and this is the best service dept out of any dealer that I have been to.
Matt Duggan just gave us a great deal on a lease for a 2017 Escape and an excellent price for purchasing our 2009 Escape! Appreciate his efforts and time! It was our second transaction with him and he continues to be fair and hard working!
These people have really bad customer service,i was told my repair would be between 700$ and fifteen hundred,then i get a phone call saying it's gonna be 3,000 now i have no car and no way to get to my doctors appoitments,if someone could please give me some advice on what to do,that would be great thanks.
Took my Ford Focus in because of a problem with the brakes. They informed me that it wasn't a big problem, made some adjustments and returned my car without charging me for what they did. They won my confidence in their honesty and excellent customer service. Thanks guys!
