Great service great deals. Went to help my daughter buy her first car and we also came out with one ourselves.
My experience was great,my guy Matt G. really took care of me, I got a great deal, a great car with a color I love!! It didn't have remote start and with Michigan winters you gotta have it, so they put it in for me. He even called Enterprise and had them come pick up my loaner car for me, that was a nice touch. I am so happy with the car and the service was over the top. Thanks Suburban Ford of Waterford.
My original review would've been different. Typical car buying experience, relatively quick and painlesd. I went in pre-approved for auto financing told the sales person. Went in to sign for my loan, financing through my approved lender. Happy with the car, all seems good. Then i checked my mail. 3 letters from other lenders regarding my request for a loan. On August 17th 2017, I brought my daughter to Suburban Ford to see salesman Norm Stern. She was making her first adult purchase, a Ford F-150. Norm made sure she had everything she wanted and at the price she wanted. Not only did he take extra care with her, he then turned his attention to me. I came out with a new and improved 2017 Edge. Have been buying cars since they were Flannery Ford, way back in the 1970's. Still customers since they changed to Suburban Ford. Not only do they work with you to get the best prices and payment options but the service after the sale is great too. Bob Bucknum has been my go to guy for 30 years. Yesterday I drove home with a great Ford Edge. Wow, what a great vehicle!
Norm Stern is the BEST salesperson I've ever dealt with in my 30 years of purchasing/leasing Ford vehicles. He truly understands how busy life gets and works hard to make sure the car buying experience goes smoothly. Never any surprises and always gets me exactly the type of vehicle I request. My new Ford Explorer is sooooo nice!
Went in to see about trading in my lease early. Was able to upgrade from my previous Edge to anew Explorer without a big increase in payment. Everyone was courteous and helpful.
