For over 25 years we have been getting our Ford vehicles from Tom Tatu at Suburban Ford. Yesterday was no exception! Discussed, decided and then picked up our 2018 Flex (our third one!) all in the same day! Thank you Tom, for becoming like family to many of our family over the years!!

Nathan Bolton, the service adviser, had been more than helpful in setting up my service appointment. He kept me informed of the progress in a professional and courteous way. He was efficient and customer-friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour. Excellent customer service.

I picked up my new Ford Edge at Suburban Ford yesterday and have nothing but high praise for the entire staff, especially my salesman George. This is the third vehicle I have leased from Suburban and will continue to lease from them in the future.

Stopped for an oil change after work on a Thursday (their late night). I was in and out in 45 minutes, and that included replacing a part for a recall and topping filling my wiper fluid! Thanks, Eric! I got to my appt in time.
