We took our 2017 Ford Escape in for an oil change, 10,000 mile check up and tire rotation. Justin Hare, the service representative, was informative, very upbeat and professional. We left the dealership to run some errands, and Justin called within about an hour to let us know the car was ready. We are very pleased with all our experiences, from sales to service, with the Suburban Ford of Waterford dealership.
Our salesperson, Celeste Keesling was absolutely AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to meet our needs with much professionalism and exemplary customer service. She has kept open lines of communication, if we have any questions and is all about meeting our needs. We plan to visit Suburban Ford again within the next couple of years, to lease or purchase a vehicle and highly recommend Celeste. Thank you, Celeste!

My husband took our Focus in to have a few things checked out and was pleased with the amt. he paid. There is ONE thing that HAS to be checked and it's the transmission. There is hesitation when taking off from a complete stop. It sort of shifts twice. There is a backup of trans fixes, so we couldn't get in and out over a couple of days and he doesn't want to do that. It WILL be checked eventually. The Focus is our SECOND car which I would like for myself, WHEN the trans is chkd.
