I just completed by 2nd purchase from George at Suburban Ford. Even though there are Ford dealerships much closer to home, I drive to Waterford because of the customer service. I walked away from a long standing relationship at another dealer because they got complacent and wanted me to buy what they wanted to sell, NOT what I wanted to drive. I went to SUBURBAN Ford recently and leery of salespeople and their pushy approach, I was a bit "HARDCORE"!! I met Jerry Kraft, nice guy but I wasn't falling for "Nice" I shopped around for weeks!
