Friendly service and collision repair completed ahead of schedule. Status updates were good. While the repair job was acceptable, most definitely not perfect by any means which is why I gave only 4 stars.
Oil change and tire rotation at Suburban Ford of Waterford on Saturday morning was flawless; they were done well before I finished my 5K run. Now, admittedly, I am slow. But they were amazing. And the oil change was free this time, as well. Awesome place. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Me and my fiancé drove 3 hours to get our car here. If that doesn’t tell you how much we loved this dealership, I don’t know what does! Our salesman Matt, went above and beyond! He had the cars we wanted to test drive already pulled up, half the paperwork was down and it was such a breeze! When our lease is up, we will be back!

Service department is horrible been
I drove from Des Moines, Iowa to buy my new Ford Focus from Norm Stern. He made the process painless and got me the absolute best deal possible. Norm is the best and I will recommend him to everyone who is looking for a vehicle. He is genuine, honest, and will do whatever it takes to get you the best price.
My 2013 Edge needed an oil change, tire rotation, fluid levels checks, etc... (i.e. "The Works") Arrived at 6:30 pm and was told that normally that would be too late for same evening turnaround before closing at 8, but fortunately the service bay wasn't terribly busy (July 2nd - pre-holiday slowdown?) so they got me right in and were done in under an hour. Great service.... professional, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced! Suburban is our "go to" for service.
