everyone in the service dept. are on the top of their game and they do wonderful work they do it right the first time. and they dont make you wait to long at all for your vech. will take my vech. back their for any kind of service they are 100 percent better than Szott Ford in Holly Michigan i would still be waiting to get my repair done. if i didnt take my vech. to Suburban Ford in Waterford Michgan.
We really appreciated Sam West and his friendliness in helping us purchase our car. The Ford Escape is very nice and rides much more smoother than my old car. John Duly Was a great help also he is the manager. He had a driver go up to the thumb area and pick up the colored car that I wanted. 2 other sales people helped us also when Sam was on vacation the day we came to pick it up. All in all it was a great experience! My husband owns a Ford 150 pick up truck And it is super comfortable!
