Here it goes. Forgot to do a recommendation write-up on a new 2018 Ford Explorer that I received in Sept. So sorry. But my sentiments on the recently purchased 2018 Escape are the same. Those of you who know and partnered with Norm Stern in the past know he’s a quality individual. I won’t get too sappy because he’ll be teased by his fellow cohorts. Norm understands our family needs and he has delivered on each and every purchase. This was my fourth. Those of you thinking about a new or used car Norm is your guy. 5 Stars.

After my trans going twice in less than a year on my car I decided it's time for a new one. I was looking for a reliable economical suv and after Researching them I figured out what I wanted. I called to talk to a sales person and got Celeste ,I told here what I was looking for and my price range she said she would get it done. this was in the morning and after a couple texts she call about 2 o’clock And said you’re all set come pick it up
