Took my car in for service last year to fix a short and rattle in my sunroof, same probably again now and they claim it’s a ford problem now. Made an appointment and it took them 7 hours for them to even look at my truck. Went to finally pick my truck up and thought they did me a good deed my giving me a car wash and they handed me a truck with frozen windows all the way around so I had to sit in their parking lot for 5 minutes while everything defrosted. Never had a good experience there even after buying my truck there.

Not a place to get good service or honesty. My brother was approved for a car, paid the down payment, just to be told “oh yeah, we don’t have a title for that vehicle”...... super frustrating and Misleading.
Their Service is great and I love the new facility!

Sam West is my go to guy at Suburban Ford of Waterford. He had me out of my old lease and into a new one in a professionally and fast! And the new location is beautiful. All of the staff I interacted with during this recent lease transaction were friendly, top notch professionals (thank you Nancy and Mike!). This the fifth vehicle Sam has helped me lease or purchase over the last 8 years.
Laurie Moses is the best sales agent who gives great personal service. She really knows our needs and made sure she helped every way she could to make sure we leased the car we will love for the next 3 years at at an affordable rate. I've used Suburban for over 15 years and have always been pleased!
