First, my people were great. No beef there. It's almost as if, when you go in for a minimal service, there is a concerted effort to upsell. And the minimum goal is $500. Went in for a front brake replacement ($180). One fluid flush and new rotors later, and voila: $600 bill. To be true, i was told about each of the services and should not have acquiesced to the flush. But still, next time, i'll go to a shocks place and get my shocks replaced. and a brakes place and an oil change place.
RecommendedWent in for the works oil change. I was greeted by Lucas very friendly. New store very nice. I waited in lounge while car worked on. Watched TV had a tea. They had vending machines if needed and donuts. Car done in plenty of time. Lucas came to lounge when car was done. Paid and was on my way. Great job done by all
Luke did a great job in the service area with being efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My wait time was short for service too:) Nathan ensured my overall service experience went above and beyond!
