This is a company who doesn't care about disabled Veterans. As a former employee who quit due to their uncaring attitude, even for customers. If you have a concern and want to speak to the General Manager, Bob Mackenzie, you WILL be diverted to a sales manager, John, Liam, or Don, they will only tell you what you want to hear. You will NEVER!! speak to the GM!!!! he has a closed-door policy. He could care less about his employees. - excellent service - was updated on service 🚙 was therefrom 11:00 to 4:00 - no fault of Ford service - car was washed (really appreciated that) - I was very tired waiting that long - dash showed internal problem - couldn’t get proper person to fix until 4:00 - sadly all magazines were for MEN .
