Great customer service at Suburban Ford Waterford. Had to get my tires looked at due to an issue I was having on the roads and Mike in the service department was a great help. Very quick service too. Would highly recommend!
They are slow as hell and don’t give you updates about the service that’s being done. I went to have my airbag replaced due to an recall. They didn’t come let me know anything until I went to ask how much longer after I had already been waiting for an hour!!!
Staff is very knowledgeable and not the normal pushy sales personnel we have all become accustomed to in the past. Taking all the time you need to have your questions answered. Was definitely worth the drive!!
Laurie Moses of your sales department was recommended to me and I understand why she is so highly thought of. She did a terrific job in finding me the color and model of Ford Escape that I was looking for. She went out of her way to make the entire process as seamless as possible...and delivered my car to northern Michigan no less.
