Dana is always the best, one week in and I love my new escape!!
I echo the endorsement of Matt below. I just leased my third vehicle from Dana Waxler and the process was smooth and easy as always. I have recommended him to family and fronds who have also leased from him even though they live closer to other Ford dealers because of his exceptional responsiveness and the fact that he is a pleasure to work with. In fact, Everyone who has helped me at the dealership has been professional, courteous and the service,overall is excellent.
Nathan in Service was "AWESOME" there was a mis communication in regards to my Leased vehicle that was brought there for the 'Check engine light". He took great care of me and the work that had to be done was completed within 2 hours!!!

Took our escape in for an oil change and some minor work in the body shop. Oil change went great and car came back from the body shop so clean that we had to make sure it was ours! Looked like it was brand new!
George has always treated me very well when I need to make a move on a car. Above and beyond on the last one. Great job guys!
