Sales person was good to work with. Had an issue and wanted to bring the attention to a manager but he was to busy with paper work to discuss. Disappointed
We just bought/leased our second vehicle from Suburban Ford. Both times Trevor was our sales person and he did a great job!! Kudos to the finance department also. Thank you all for keeping us on the road in style 👍

It started out a little rocky with a confusion when I got there regarding my appointment that I had made the day before. But I already have my car back today. I really wasn't expecting it until Friday. Mike who took care of me at service was so nice and understanding. Thank you Suburban Ford.

We had a great experience at Suburban Ford. We went in on a whim to look at Explorers. We were introduced to Trevor Wortman. We had been doing yard work and did not look out best. Trevor happily worked with us on what we were looking for and pulled two of them up immediately. He made a suggestion on bucket seats, that we were not considering. I'm glad he did! Trevor found exactly what we were looking for and made the deal seamless. Thank you Trevor and Suburban Ford!

I think this is my 7th lease from Suburban Ford of Waterford since I came to Michigan in 2001 - but working with Laurie Moses is the only way to go!! She is sharp, efficient, and will find what you are looking for!! She even went to Ohio to get this one for me!! Thanks, Laurie!! I'm loving it!! And, for service...Nathan Bolton is fantastic!! He's taken care of me whether I was here at home or somewhere in my travels across the States!! Thank you, Nathan!!
