Ok quick and simple.. they suck at what they do or think. I took my 08 ford explorer in to get a loud grinding noise fixs. It's been there for a whole week and they finally call me and say your truck is fixs.. so I pay $2189.00 and drove my truck home.. not even a mile and I notice the truck wasn't fixs yet so I took it back in. I told him the trucks been here for a whole week and it's not even fixs yet.. they told me they'll need an hr. And I told them I gave them 1 Damm week to fixs it.. waiting to hear from them. Took my truck in for a 40,000 mile check, getting ready for a major road trip, got me in and out in a couple hours, new oil, tires rotated, everything safety checked and fluids topped off. Pluc fresh doughnut and hot coffee... great start to a snowy day!

What an amazing experience I have had thanks to John Dooley. This is my third car I have purchased with him and I will not go anywhere else. He makes it simple and it is never stressful.
They do great Oil Changes and other stuff that need to be done to your automobile.
Too much time waiting for ordering a shock 1 month. Fortunately another Ford dealer took care of it in 40 min. Even if it is close to my home I prefer to go farer to get a better service.
