This was the best car buying experience ever! Norm made this the best & easiest time shopping for a car. I got exactly what I wanted, a 2016 Edge, AWD, in the color I wanted. It was really amazing! He had me driving home in it in a matter of hours. Thank you so much, Norm!

Worst service ever. Wanted to buy a used truck drove 1 1/2 hrs and was asked to bring my trade in . Never looked at my trade in and the truck I went to look at wasn't what I wanted so I asked to look at a different one and was told they didn't know where it was . Wanted to sell me a different truck for more money. They sent me to there other lot and told me to come back after looking at a truck they wanted to sell me. I recently purchased a used Ford Edge from Suburban Ford of Waterford, and I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had thanks to Louie Stoll! My credit isn't great and a lot of other dealerships turned my away or wanted an insane amount of money down.
