I have purchased or leased my last 6 vehicles from George Anast at Suburban Ford of Waterford, and will continue to do so. George is very responsive to phone calls and emails, friendly to work with in the dealership, and always finds me exactly what I am looking for. He is fantastic and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a Ford.
My plan was going into get some ideas on prices and options for a new car. I have never leased before so I had no idea what to except. My car dealer, Hernando Hulleza, helped me tremendously. He was helpful, energetic, and honest. Hernado and one of the managers John Duley helped me out incredibly. I walked away two days later with a beautiful dependable car at a great price. If you are looking to buy or lease, that's the place to go and Hernando Hulleza is fantastic.

This has to be one of the worst dealerships dealerships I have ever been to! I mean they lost my wife's drivers license! The GM of that location was a complete jerk. I still haven't received a phone call saying they found it. Never buy a car from them.
Mike in the service department handled a recall repair in the most friendly and efficient manner. He had great customer service, and seemed to truly care about my family's safety. Because of his concern and helpfulness, I had my car towed from Oxford to Waterford, passing several other (less helpful) Ford dealerships along the way. I have told EVERYONE that has even briefly mentioned car repairs about the wonderful service I had in dealing with Mike at Suburban Ford.
Two weeks to fix a car now one can explain why it took so long, not one person could even man up and say sorry for your inconvenience. Stay away from this dealership.
